Today another daily pink paper reported about this as first page headline (DNA MONEY)...
It goes on to add that 8am mock trades are already underway, and this may come into effect by next week itself!!!

I used to think earlier (in my initial days) that 10 am to 3:30pm (5.50 hours) working hours is fine for me and my family instead of regular "job" hours of 9 to 5 (8hours)...
now, after this 8am Nifty trading start (NEW RULE IS ONLY FOR NIFTY & DEFTY FUTURES TRADING, and not any other scrip), it will be nearly 7.50 working hours now for me
My MBA friends will have the last laugh now

(wonder why our business TV channels have no talk about this new timing - even they will be affected)

but 5min contradicts....

divergence is VERY tricky
needs confirmation with price action
