tightly ranged between 3010 & 3040...
(if that early morning gash down would not have happened, it would have been one of the worst intra trading days)

well, i have requested & reminded our GIRAFFE...
after eating lots of juicy leaves, it needs to pass & BLOW some gas from DOWN...

sunil , you didn't go long at 3000 with RSI at 15?

i follow intermediate trend to follow RSI levels...
if it's down, i rely more on 75+ levels rather than sub-30 levels...

have given an explanation about this in our library thread...

TRY TO COMBINE SUPPORT/RESIS LEVELS WITH RSI
and not vice versa...

if an imp resis level is coming up, I enter shorts IF i also have the comfort of HIGH RSI too...


simply put... i short because i consider that level as resistance + rsi is also high
AND NOT
only because RSI is high, i enter short at any level

just observe RSI's movement: from 15 it made HH and kept going up

but corresponding nifty price kept going down...

this was HIDDEN BULLISH DIVERGENCE....
u can see later nifty went from LOD to nearly 3025 in one swing/wave

but, as said before, very tricky, and i need more screen trade experience, as only recently i have become its student
