Today "Wolfe Wave" Theory seems to have worked perrrrrrrfectly

DMA100 & DMA 50 : DMA100 & DMA 25 are converging rapidly and
in case former there is hardly 25 points difference and in later hardly
40 points difference.I hope in future the picture will change ,atleast
tomorrow(5.3.2009).

though i am using SMA of different day frames 10/20/30/50/100
50 and 100 seems to converge and there is lot of struggle going on within the baby averages before 50 pushes 100 and climbs up on eod daily chart

Sorry,I could catch the summary of your post.

The impact can be gauged if the difference between them ONE MONTH
ago are given : it was 400 points and 350 points respectively.

Coming to 1,2,3, and 4 month(22,44,66,88DMAs) DMAs are almost FLAT meeting in the region 2800~2830.(in 3 month frame)

Initial upmove above Spot 2625/27, before one can think of 2640-60 zone....
the blue line represent next potential RSR level, especially Spot 2653-54.

On downside, we have 2600 & 2570.
If we have a flattish open but in green followed by a decent move up, then yesterday's low Spot 2612-10 will demand some "respect".

All intraday timeframe charts have somewhat corrected their oversold status.
EOD is slightly oversold.
Consolidation / war may continue today also. The zones are set - the levels are clearly defined.
Initial band of Spot 2640 - 2660 for outer band 2620 - 2680.
Close above 2680/90 spoils settings for bears.

its the same thing i want to say that the difference between them is becoming lesser but it will take some more pretty time to cross as it hasto get settled more closer in monthy basis to identify a strong trend
