Does it mean that effective IBs are ones which are actually NR4s??? !!!
So, if an IB is actually an NR4 bar, one can expect more than the first target (ie the high or low of the preceding bar, as the case may be)

2Day Swing / 3Day Swing Reversal = Close above Spot 2646
