H iSunil My doubt still is why divergence occure ........ some time seen market makes new high after a decline and also the rsi but some times rsi fails to have new high and shows a - ve divergence

why this happens ? is it due to when price declines then movis up ..this up move have greater candle body than the declines so that rsi dont make no divergence

and after all if after decline then rally if rsi dont make divergence then its good sign of bulls ?

otherwise looking into the rsi formula it loos like any sideways to decline move can give divergence if the recovery is not that strong

What is "Gain" "Loss" in the formula ?

is it close - open for Gain ?

Ok asking too many question parden me but need to clarify the logic as i m in the procees to use this

Satyen, I never trust lower timeframe's -ve divergence; I prefer & trade only +ve divergences (using this concept)....

seems like your presence & attention have made an impact on RSI's -ve divergence!!!
