Yes I got caught in that. Shorted 2 lots NF at that point and covered back.
Today were all loss making trades except the last one when B/O happened above 3400NF, I bot 4 lots 3500 call @ 27. Currently closed at 40/-.

Also the 3200 PE I was holding - 2 lots have been sq off as SL @ 20/- hit.

PK bhai - just a request - if you can post POC once every evening so that we know in the next morning where the POC is. Many many thanks for that.

Also for the knowledge -- 3300 puts have added 34% OI and 3400 a whopping 58% !!!!

For Calls, 3300 has added-10%, 3400-4%.

Thankfully, I stuck to low of the consolidation for my SAR. Anyway, I mostly trade 60m flow, which ignores those kind of movements.

Good breakout at the final hour. Hoping that it stays. Excellent moves on NF, RIL, LT, Rcap, BankNF, TataSteel etc

POC on my chart is 3375, corresponding to couple of hours of consolidation in the afternoon. The rise in last half hour is a tail, requiring consolidation at higher level tomorrow for POC to move there.

I think my mistake was that to take hasty decision at smaller time frame.Its obvious from 30 min charts that its not the right time to short.

If I am not mistaken, AdvFN gives delayed quotes.
How would one trade thru those?
Yahoo on the other hand give live quotes n charts on 5 min.
A friend has an account and I use that to chart, they have streaming tick data and multiple logins, so no problems there except that I am unable to save the data as it is in their software itself.

icharts.in has started a basic service with 350/- per month for live data.
check the site. I've not checked there since quite some time now.

Sorry Murtaza Bhai..Had Loads Of Work Since Afternoon..Just seeing Your Post..

Im Posting the Chart with Both WEEKLY and DAILY Market Profiles...The GREEN one is the WEEKLY MP and the Yellow ones with white POC is the Daily MP..

Todays Nifty Spot POC level on Closing Basis was at 3376 and now considering the weekly POC levels or value area is in the range of 3360-3390..So expect a close to this week within this range unless we get a huge GAP UP tomorrow...As we can See with the Narrow Range of the Daily MP on the upper side, Looks like There isnt too much buying support at todays closing levels, so expct a downside upto atleast todays POC and 3360 should hold at the downside..
