Actually this is daily exercise - with exercise u get stamina and strength.
Then u move up -- remember y'day - exercise exercise exercise -- then performance

Ofcourse but how do u know whether it is in long journey or it is developing stamina if u got in between up and down then u will loose handsome money in that.Frequently if I put stoploss it triggered that and after few points rally or correction it is moving just opposit direction.Still I am struggling to resolve this problem or is it common problem for all traders.

NF june is at 10point premium. But Bank NF jun is at 70 point discount. Any idea why the discount?

Hi Sunil,

Yesterday for reliance it was NR4, NR7 and IB was there though no RE happened today. Are these indicative numbers limited to the Nifty only or we can think of it as a outlier since it was expiry ?
