For Intraday, I am waiting for a breakout. a 5-min bar closing above 4860 (Spot) will definitely give a buy signal. Else one can go long above 4838 (Spot) on 1-2-3 formation but I am not looking for that as 60-min is in a good consolidation.

Of course, why not? Most of the time we have shoulders uneven in height/depth.

Else, just check sensex chart on yhaoo finance.

Any pattern that puts money in your pocket is a great pattern.......but traditionally,an inverse head and shoulder MUST happen after a downtrend in that time frame.

Same pattern after an uptrend.....and it doesn't qualify.....but again,not that you won't make money off it either way.
