i just traded in simple pivots simple break of high / low,,,,in nifty,,,,

and trend line theory,,,enough space today in mkt
from 4680....

Don't Loose Heart, But It Is Good To Reflect.

If On Anyday, You Feel Any Kind Of Discomfort Taking A Trade - Don't Take The Trade.

Sometimes A Whole Day Can Go By & The Opportunity Might Just Be Presented In The Last 20 Mins.

It Won't Be Very Long For The Best Day For You.

dear ajax,
thanks for replying...eventhough i was initially frustrated for venturing into nifty,i now simply feel i made some stupiid mistakes and paid a heavy price....sincerely i am ashamed of myself for complicating things when i could have kept it simple like you have mentioned.i know there is no excuse for my blunders when boarders like u and saint are trying to help us out with so much dedication.

Hi QA,

Sometimes Correlation With Other Markets Works But Not Always, Don't Just Look +/- Of The Other Markets, It Could Be Something Entirely Local / Political & So Many Other Factors Influencing The Market Locally.

Look For Instance Closer To Home, Sentiment Seemed To Be Improving & Now You Have The RBI Policy Decision Uncertainty/ Fear Of Regulation In Steel & Cement.....& Etc.

One Important Thing Is Wherever There Might Be The Slightest Chance Of Government Interference Stay Away From That Sector.

I Am Glad You Are Feeling All Those Emotions That You Mentioned.

As Long As You Can Reason & Find Why Some Of The Errors Occured, You Will Do Very Well In All Aspects Of Your Life.

Enough Of My Rambling.....Tomorrow Is A New Day....

Cheer up buddy.... Tommorow never dies
We have made silly mistakes in past , and make even 'sillier' mistakes now.
Emotions do effect us all.. Every day, every hour...

I wanted to take home NF today (which I rarely do), read ur post about
Hangsang and gave up the idea... Good or bad for me , only time will tell.

Some day I will have courage & post a horrible day event, and they do happen.....

As Savant pointed out ... As TA/ chartist... our job is only to see the charts.. Just ignore every thing else.

e.g.... Orchid chemicals...
Chartists had seen a breakout almost a week back & taken position and profited.
Only today news has been published in papers about buy out / debt etc etc. Smart
traders will be getting out of it now....

Just focus on ur charts , ignore the rest and I tell u , u r gonna like it
