multiple layers of supports between 4135 & 4100 SPOT...
only a gap down can break this range...

closed all intraday shorts...
carrying only one lot of Put option purchased at yesterday's close...

NIFTY SPOT LEVELS TO WATCH OUT FOR TODAY'S TRADING

RESISTANCES
4165 - the peak of friday's last bounce before the further leg down

4195/4200 - The Pivotal oxygen for bulls today. Breaking this on the upside can lead to some more upmove.

4220

4235 - My full stop for today's relief rally (if happens). It's the key base level of Wednesday's & Thursday's Expiry Rally. Would be very tough to break in absence of any good news/global markets. If this breaks, then immediate spurt to 4250/60 levels which is the R1 for today


SUPPORTS
4135-4100 - multiple layers of support here. Only very negative news (UPA-Left, Oil's Boil, bleeding global markets) can break this band.

I feel this is the make-or-break level for today. At Opening, after being range-bound in this band, SPOT may give a relief rally today, given the supporting conditions as of NOW.

If SPOT breaks the previous low of 4094, then forget 4200 for today. Lower supports come at
4060 (S1 for today) & 4030



BUT, AS ALWAYS, (AS ASISH SIR MAINTAINS) FOCUS ON THE CHARTS, INDICATORS, ETC. , to trade Nifty...
(just keep these levels handy)

Personally, I am looking forward for 4000 SPOT - the holy grail/the badshah of supports for long term bulls, for some decent technical bounce which can atleast target 4300/4350 level - enough to fill the gap down of Friday's bolt.

I may be wrong, but (charts, indicators supporting at that time) I will take a long position at that level, with SL 3960 and target as mentioned above (4300/4350)
