can u please tell me hw to dcd the first trade..i mean should i buy or sell? Is it dependent on the movement of the scrip and the mkt coz u hv given us bth the buy ans sell calls. I knw am being too novice bt this forum has made men out of boys..:)

Predicted In Yesterday's Post

"Selling Is Expected Around 2992 & Further Intraday Uptrend Possible Only If Nifty Fut Sustains Above 2992"

Its 1:15 In The Afternoon & Nifty Fut Has Made High At 2989 & A Low At 2922.

So My Prediction Of Selling Around 2992 Is Bang On Target.

Any Positional Upmove Would Happen Only Above 3020.

For Market To Remain Bullish Sustaining And Closing Above 3020 Is A Must.

From Hereon, Stop Loss For Intraday Traders For Short Sell In Nifty Fut Is 2996 & Positional Stop Loss On A Closing Basis Is Above 3020 For Positional Short Sell.

TODAY NIFTY FUT GAVE A BOUNCE BACK FROM ITS DAY LOW & CLOSED AT 2983.


SINCE IT HAS CLOSED ABOVE 2968 BULLS HAVE A CHANCE TO REJOICE.


FOR TOMORROW SUPPORT FOR NIFTY FUT IS PEGGED AT 2968 2950 2922 2900 2877.


2968 HAS NOW BECOME A VERY CRUCIAL ZONE FOR NIFTY FUT SO A BREACH AND A CLOSE BELOW 2968 IS NOT A FAVOURED VIEW.


IN CASE 2968 IS BREACHED THEN 2950 WILL PROVIDE CUSHION.


BEARS WILL BECOME STRONG IF NIFTY FUT FINDS IT DIFFICULT TO SUSTAIN ABOVE 2968 2950 ZONE.

Mainak, while using Nishikant's buy/sell levels, you have to enter the trade in the direction in which the price of a scrip is moving. Taking the example of Akruti in today's trade(25.03.2009), the buy level for Akruti is if it moves above 1765(with a stop loss at 1730) and the first target is 1813 and so on. On the other hand, if Akruti had fallen below 1720, then it has to be shorted with the T1 at 1675(with SL at 1740).

I hope this clears your doubt. If you are not sure, please do dummy paper trading and watch the results for a few days, especially in a scrip like Akruti. I am sure you will gain confidence in a few sessions.

thanks Mayavi...i will do paper trading for next complete trading week. But anothr question dat crops up in my mind..with prices changing every second how do i decide wen to sell or buy as per Nishikant Bhai's post. I mean is their a time for which atleast the scrip has to trade at the given level to decide?....
