For the last 8 trading days, FII flows has been negative. 3,147 Cr is the net amount they pulled out in 8 days from the cash segment and DII, HNI LIC and other local biggies are absorbing all the selling.
If liquidity is going out of the system, then any further upside looks capped in the short term. People who felt like they missed the bus, really wont like it when the bus is going south. At one point they'll want to bail out and that will add to the selling pressure.
I think being cautious and maintaining strict stop loss is the only way forward...
