nifty has come below level 2 ie, 4975 can we short nifty

Dear Vikram...see market is playing around 4986...so we have to wait and see if they see 4986 as support or resistance...nifty made one try to break 4975 and rebounded to 4994 ...so now I think we can trade by LVL 2 and buy or sell accordingly......Buy above 4997 gives 30 points now....

Friends,From yesterdays last high/low,261.8 % fibo target is 5041 and so I am taking a risk shorting at Magic s/l 5051,which is as per our levels also.What a pity...I had sell order at 5039 and high was 5038.
Now cancelled that sell order.

Yesterday's High/Low=5053.10/4953.10 Fib target @261.8 is 5041 you indicated. How to calculate this value of 5041.
