Planning for Expiry Level.

Normally NIFTY Expires near the PIVOT. In OAT it is the MAX Pain or the AVG of the MAX OI, which is at 6100.

In the Lower timeframe like 9min, 15min it is around 6090.
In the 30 min timeframe it is at 6035.
In the 60 min timeframe it is at 6048

So the Expiry could be anywhere between 6035 and 6090 or let us say 6048.

So those who want to Trade the pairs for Expiry Can sell 6000PE-6100CE @ 30 and 6050PE-6050CE @ 65. Totally the Premium is 95

Close the Pairs if moves out of the 6035 - 6090 Range

NIFTY - 27-NOV-13.

There is only two days left for Expiry including today. Normally there will be one day where the market will be Really FLAT. It could be today or tomorrow.

As per the Lower timeframe as mentioned in the chart yesterday a BUY signal is generated around 6048 at close of Yesterday. See if it sustains and BUY accordingly.
It might make a double bottom, maybe a deeper one.

The Total Premium has come down from 95 to 88. 7 points in 1 hour. So it is a Premium Eating day and so not very good to Trade Long or Short. The Total Premium should come down to at least 65, where there might be an opportunity to Go Long. Will update if it comes to 65.

I don't have any Positions open today. I am on Wait and Watch mode.

If it is in 30 points profit, Why not close it and Get the profit?

Because Since the market is moving down for the past two days, the next strategic move will be take the market UP, to kill the Premium on the PE side.

Raj,
Can you take a look at SSLT in OAT...

Under the heading Open Interest WEEKLY there I see

Max CE @ 190

and

MAX PE @ 200

What does it mean?

I mean most of the time I see MAX CE OI strike PRICE HIGHER than MAX PE STRIKE... but here it is opposite...

Can you throw some light?

Thanks in ADVANCE

SACH
