there are client wise position limits not market wide position limits
Dear Gandhar,
thank you for your information.

what is the limit for client wise position ?

I used to reveive some alert in my trading terminal saying that few stocks are banned trading as it reached maximum OI.

any idea on this?

Can you please tell me - looking at Implied volatility (IVs) of Nifty options at various strikes, how do we check if one call/put is expensive or cheap? Is there any range values of IVs which define it?

Thanks.

I will be taking a Sabbatical from Trading and will be busy with something important for the next 3 months. So I will NOT Post any LIVE Calls / Levels in the thread. I also realize that by posting the calls I am actually NOT making others to Learn for themselves by taking their own decision.

So it is your money and it should be your decision.

All the best folks and wish you a Happy Trading.
Hey Raj,

Hi
I would love to start a new thread, it will be after 6-7 months.
I am Marine Engineer by Profession and leaving for my job on 5th.
As I wont be able to get data on ship, I wont be able to post charts thereafter so I did not start thread.
Thanks for your comments though, such comments motivate me to read more and keep practicing on my Chart reading.

Thanks all and to healthraj also for allowing me to post charts here though they are not related to options.

Good Bye and May all have a successful trading year ahead.
