Hi Raj,

I have downloaded the OAT 1.2 tool, I have modified the Expiry date for FEB-14. For FEB-14, the expiry is on 26-FEB and not 27-FEB. Once I click on the Refresh button, all the data are displayed as "0".. Can you please clarify my query?

Thanks..!!
Hardik

Please make sure you have the proper setup.
The tools works best with Excel 2007 SP3
1. Macros enabled in Excel
2. "Data Connection" enabled in Excel.
3. If you are using 2007 make sure you have applied at least Service Pack 3 (SP3) of the office.

To enable macros and Data connection in In Excel 2007...
1. Goto "Exccel options" - You can access it from the main menu
2. Goto Trust Center
3. Click on Trust Center Settings..
4. In "Macro Settings" Select "Enable All macros...." and "Trust access to VBA code..."
5. In "External content", Select "Enable All Data connections...."

Hi Raj Bro ,
I corrected Sodata dates and it worked on 31 jan but now its not working pl. do suggest !
Tx
1. Goto Sheet SODATA.
2. The Cells AP20, AP21 and AP22 contains the expiry for the next three months including the Current month. The dates are automatically calculated using a function
3. In AP20- Hardcode the value to 26-FEB-14
4. In AP21, enter the following formula without quotes "=GetExpiryDate(1,MONTH(AP20)+1,YEAR(AP20))"
5. In AP22, Copy AP21 and paste in AP22
