MAX Pain @ 7500. Pivots = Daily Futures @ 7607, Hourly spot @ 7550, LTF @ 7566. So the Expiry might be between 7550 and 7600.

LTF - FLAG with Resistance at 7608- If broken can goto 7650, 7700 - LONG in progress

Hourly - FLAG with Resistance at 7635, if broken goto 7750, 7850 - Which does not seem probable in my opinion - SELL in Progress.

MAX OI @ 7500-7700 - Same as Yesterday
MAX COI @ 7500-7600 - Reason why it did not cross 7600.

In JUL-14 Series, the MAX OI is at 7500-8000. Going by this I think it would be a BUY around 7500.
MAX OI changed to 7500-7600
MAX COI changed to 7600-7600. So there is BD at 7600
As I am expecting the Expiry to be around between 7550 and 7650, I would be selling the Pair 7500-7600 or 7550-7650 for around 125, Which I am hoping to take when NIFTY spot is around 7480/70

When the MAX OI is 7500PE and 7600CE you have to interpret 7500 as the Support and 7600 as the Resistance and so of course market will not break the Range of 7500-7600. If you are expecting NIFTY to break 7500, then the Support needs to move to 7300 or 7400.

As per the latest OI / COI

OI at 3200-3300
COI - 3300-3300 - May be this a BD - Need to confirm with the Price chart

As per the Daily Futures Chart, the Major RESISTANCE is at 3290 and as per the current trend line the resistance is at 3340. So between above 3290 and 3340, it would be a SELL. Accordingly the first SELL signal was triggered today EOD.

Since the Pivot for INFY Daily Futures is at 3150. NIFTY might try to go to 3150 and expire around 3150.

Better to Trade using Jul-14 Series.

Quite day today.
I think the Institutions are busy making their positions in JUL-14 Series.

In JUL-14 Series the MAX OI has changed to 7000-8000 from 7500-8000. So there is speculation for the market going down to 7000 also.

In JUL-14 series there would be around 25 trading days and so a Lot of action might be there in July.

JUN OI @ 7500-7700 from 7500-7600 Indicating a BULL signal. The diff between 7600CE and 7700CE is just 1 lakh.

Infy futures made a high of 3339.75 and reversed :thumb:

if one does short Infy, what would be the stoploss ?
