As per the Options Data,

MAX COI is at 7800-7800. So it seems to be breakdown at 7800.

MAX OI has moved to 7700-8000 from 7500-8000 - Which is a Bullish Signal.
One also need to watch what happens to the Positions in 7700 Puts.

So we can see minimum 7755 I think. So those who have gone short, Please have your positions with a Stoploss of 7820.

In the LTF, as per the minor Trend the Resistance is at 7795, where one can SELL again if it does not move beyond 7795.

Today at 7755, I think it would be an UP. Let us see what happens.

So the Levels to watch are 7755 and 7795.

As expected moved from 7795 to 7755 and bounced back.

Bought 7750 PE @ 40 and closed the positions @ 51 - for 11 points.
Also closed the 7700PE taken yesterday @ 32 - At 36 - 4 points.
Will Buy 7700 Put later when 7750 Breaks down or Around 7850.. Until then want to Maintain LONg bias... I think 7850 Will be hit ...

If it does not break 7750 , Will Buy 7800 CE @ 34

Triggered BUY in LTF below S2 @ 7765
Triggered BUY in Hourly charts below Trend line support @ 7759.

MAX COI @ 7800-7900

Bought 7800CE @ 34.

I think 7755 worked as Support. Next resistance is at 7787, If broken can goto 7820 and 7840. If not can come down once again to 7752.

So I have to watch 7787

Is it because MAX COI in calls is more than MAX COI in pe ? or some other analysis Raj ?

7795 is also the R1 in Hourly chart. Since 7795 was broken this morning, it would act as the Resistance. So only if 7795 is broken we can expect 7850.

NIFTY is trading just 50 points away from the Daily Pivot - Which would act as the Major Resistance. The Last 50 points is normally very difficult to Take. So it is always better to Take a Risk and BUY Puts from now whenever the NIFTY is making HIGHs. Better to Trade in AUG-14 Series so that we are safe.
