NIFTY Levels

Today NIFTY Futures touched the High that I was talking about Yesterday 7796 since the S1 was at 7766. The Stoploss I said could be at 7796 (7766+30). So the Rogue traders want everything and so they test 7796.

Today also NIFTY is indicating Bullishness and may be NIFTY will Test 7825 SPOT.

As I said my system does not work best when it is TRENDing. But I just want to stick to my system and follow the system.

Those of you who are following this thread, Please take it at your own risk. I am not perfect. I am also learning like each one of you.

Today as per options Chain data it is Bullish at 7750 and Bearish at 7800. Since as per the hourly charts it is trading near R2, I want to utilize the opportunity to SELL and not look to BUY.
So I have averaged my 7600 Puts and Bought 7500 Puts in SEP-14 Series also.
Friends, how about buying 7800 PE for today?

August Trades So Far

August month so far is not so great as compared to JUL-14.
11 Trades so far. 8 with Profits and 3 with Losses.
Total points made so far 111.

Three Open positions

7500-7700 Pair sold at 116 - Trading with 11 points Loss
AUG-14 7600PE - Yesterday bought at 30. Today averaged to 25.
SEP-14 7500PE bought @ 41.

Need to improve when stock is TRENDing. Will observe and wait for another 2 months to improve it. I had decided not to change my system at least for six months. One point I got so far is to use the NIFTY Futures Support and Resistance to make an entry and Exit. Looking for more inputs.

PS, target for this trade....
If it is a Reversal from Daily Futures Support 1 @ 7766, then The first Target should be the Support 2 @ 7600. Last time 7600 did not really break and bounced back from channel support @ 7540. So this time look for a BREAKDOWN at 7600. If it breaks then the Target would be the 20 WEEKLY EMA support @ 7500 - 250 points. You can take this levels as Futures Levels

As per the latest Options Data it is a SELL at 7800 and a BUY at 7550. So if you get it around 7800, then you can SELL. In HTF and LTF the Resistance is around 7795. So may be NIFTY make a Move there.
