Open the link, click only once on the picture and an other window occurs with the same image. On the down left side you will see: View Raw Image. Click on it and then you have a full image on your screen. You even can zoom, so you easily can read it. Enjoy reading and have a nice day / DanPickUp :)

Many Thanks Dan for your efforts. Can I ask which book is this? I've read options selling by James Cordier and found it awesome. Can you suggest some other good ones (besides reading through your post :)

Thanks again Dan.

NIFTY JAN-14 Series.

AS per Options Data, the Initial Range for this month is at 6300-6500.

As per Daily charts there is no clear Direction because it is trading near the Pivot of 6290.

As per the Hourly charts, SELL is LIVE from 6325 and the Support is at 6275.

As per Lower timeframe SELL is LIVE from 6343.75 and the support will come at 6281.

So it would be a BUY around 6275-6281.

JAN-13 happens to be a LONG Month with expiry on the Last date of the month. So normally such LONG periods will have some HEAVY action on both sides.

NOTE : Those who are using OAT, and trying to look the Option chain values for FEB-14. Normally the Expiry for a month is on the last Thursday of the month. But for some reason the FEB-14 Expiry is 26-FEB-14 (Wednesday) instead of 27-FEB-14.

The Next three months Expiry dates is got from the Sheet "SODATA" from the cells AP20, AP21 and AP22. So you might have to hardcode the AP21 to 26-FEB-2014.

Hi. The above is from the book: Trading Options Visually by Paul Forchone. (What you must know to trade options on futures). James Cordier is a must read for option lover, specially for sellers. Nice book. :thumb:

Here some other books I can recommend. I would appreciate when nobody comes up with the question: Which one is the best, as there is no best. There are only different kind of writers which give different views of there kind of option trading. The same applies to any other topic in trading.

-Guy Cohen: The bible of option strategies
-George Jabbour and Philip Budwick: The option traders handbook. Strategies and Trade Adjustment
-John Summa: Options on Futures: New Trading Strategies
-J.L.Lord: One Strategy for all Markets
-William R. Gallacher: The options edge. Winning the volatility game with options of futures
-Lawrence G. McMillan. He is the godfather of options you can read any book which was written from him.
-Joe Ross: Trading optures and futions
-The Options Institute (The educational division of the Chicago Board Options Exchange): Options Essential Concepts and trading strategies
-Market Wise Trading School: Option Primer (This book is a bit more pointed to options on shares)
-Peter James: Option Theory
-Kevin M. Kraus: Advanced option trading. Approaches, tools and techniques for traders.
-Thomas DeMark: DeMark on Day-Trading Options
-Other authors you can look at: Jon Narajian, Jay Kaeppel,

In the above list you have all kind of levels and information you want about any kind of option trading. Some books cost a fortune like the one from Joe Ross. Take care and take your time to read / DanPickUp :)
