As per the AUG-14 Options Chain the Bottom could be 7700. NIFTY might test 7725 today and might expire around 7750.

As per LTF as told Yesterday SELL Triggered above 7794 and the Initial support or Bounce might come at 7749 (PIVOT in LTF).

LTF Support 1 @ 7725, Support 2 @ 7704. Being Expiry I am hoping it might close around 7750.

In HTF, it is trading within the Minor Trend and So SELL triggered above 7791. Minor Trend Pivot at 7744 and Support at 7722.

What would be the SL to be used in short position of nifty...I have sold @ 7784
In the HTF, there is a BUY call triggered Yesterday and HTF is in a FLAG. So the Minor Trend Resistance is at 7797. If there is a STRONG breakout above 7797, you should close the Shorts, Otherwise you can hold the Shorts.

The other point is I think you will also have your own stop loss say 20 points.
