I plan to strat a pair trade of Sell CE 5400 and Sell PE 5400.

So first I plan to sell CE 5400 which I plan to do at 10.10 to 10.15 if the nifty baucne litle bit.

Beacus nifty did not baucne I has taken Sell PE 5400 3 lots = 46.65


I will take pair positon of 3 lot of Sell CE 5400 after some times.

Something new from my side...!

PnF is the simplest way to represent data. Strength lies in identifying path of least resistance. from 5326 unto 5364, the path is a smooth single print. We might do that in the first 30 min itself if sgx is to be believed.

Key ref level will be 5390 and reaction at this lv will decide the fate of the market...!

5364 to 5390 expected congestion zone...!

I love gap days.. always gives a lot of action. Plenty of money waiting on the sidelines waiting for a close above the 5350 mark to take long, exit short.

we wait for the first 1 hour... thats when most people with maximum stress of holding shorts will exit... already most bears have exited their positions or have taken precautions.

I will look for longs... but wont chase....! i want a decent retracement low for my entry.... !!

what price are you looking to go long on nifty?

PE 5400 = 49.50

I has place pair oder of 6 lots of Sell CE 5400 = 35.75

So I has pair of Sell 6 lots of CE 5400 and 6 lot of PE 5400 for avarage price = 83.28 (35.75+ 47.53)

NOW PRICE of the pair = 85.25

Profit / loss = - 1.96 for 6 lots

First I say in the first posting today that I has the thinking to first sell CE 5400 if the nifty has baucne. But the nifty did not baucne and go down so the IV of PE has go up at that time and IV of CE has fall, so I do not sell CE 5400 that time. But you has see that my directon thinging has come out wrong when I sell 3 lot of PE 5400 first and again sell 3 lot of PE 5400. So I has to make a pair of Sell 6 lot of CE 5400 when my stop lose of PE 5400 = 49.50 has reach.

Now this pair has take time to cover the lose or the IV of CE ane PE fall down much than I cvover the loss. We has to wait for some time.

I am no sir, please not call me please.
