i am itching to short the market but volumes are negligible and i am not able to determine the direction...5 min chart show lower highs but holding on the downside...if you look at 1 min chart..there is a clear divergence appearing...but again all this is possible in overbought market..so its volume that will have to give us the confirmation....

never look for divergence on smaller tf...

Divergence means only one thing... price moved up with lesser momentum that it did last time.

That's a good reason to exit... but definitely not reason enough to take entry.

On smaller tf... momentum is a *****...! cant trust it... as nifty tends to fall asleep and move in short burst only...!

My trading style is not dependent on one afl. I use a lot of systems simultaneously. Most seasoned traders would find my charts very colorful and complex. Relative new learners find my charts to be too exciting as there is an arrow at every swing. Trust me, u wont be able to trade it like the way i do. I tried a simpler version and posted it on the members section under we love TJ system. Even posted a few model trades. Doubt anyone is interested in that.
