We are oversold.

5350 is a potential reversal area if it cracks we are going to have a big move to 5100-5150

I agree with your views to an extent friend..the bounce back ( retracement) that we expect around 5250-5320 levels, in my view will face a stiff resistance around 5650 levels.. and from there..,again we may witness another sell off, thus making lower lows..

So markets will reverse early from 5400 levels itself ? for FII's are Index long yesterday or at least covered some of their shorts.

Nifty had taken support for some days at its 200 EMA which was at 5640. Now a pull back will happen. Anyway, yesterday it took support at the lower end of downward channel. Hence we should watch for a bounce up to the upper end may be up to 5600-5640

5490 has held for the day. Looks like that dip to 5350 will come.
