Helo everybody, i begin with forecasting on Nifty for 16 Aug 2011
Nifty close at 5073.
Sup for Nifty are : 5054-5035-4966-4838
Res for Nifty are : 5100-5118-5146-5200

Nifty is strong above 5200
Weak below 5054 Tgts are 4725

If long in Nifty SL 5054
If short in Nifty SL 5150

Above levels are for spot Nifty.

Dear fellow traders, I'm not impressed by analysts who say 'if long, trade within these limits' and "if short, trade with this stop loss". I like the way Kali 422000 stated it with clarity. Every indication in the Technical Charts say we are still going down for a few more days if not for a few more weeks or perhaps months. Indications for a turn around are still not visible even on a monthly chart.

Trade with caution. And avoid longs is my advice.

Nifty close on Friday, 26.08.2011 : 4748

As analysed in earlier posts #2524, below 200 Wkly MA of 4836, Nifty tested 4720 on

the dot. another supports exists at 4680-4600. I think, dis will be the short term

bottom and Nifty will give 8-10% upmove from 4600-4720 giving a target of

5000-5200 but it will not happen in a day or two, it will take some time,

consolidating at these levels. Again, 200 Wkly MA @ 4831 will be strong deterrent

for the rise. I suggest buying September Call of 5000-5200 on every dip.

As per Fibonacci calculation High(26-7-2011) 5700 and low 4750 (26-8-2011) gives Retracement Level's 23.6% @ 4974... 38.2% 5112 .....and 50% @ 5225
respectively.
