For many of the equities,if we change the view to Weekly or Intraday->Hourly,its not showing any results.Does it work only for Daily views?

I men when i select frequency as "Hourly" its says "To plot any chart atleast 3 data bars are needed,but there are only 0 bars".To me it seems there is some configuration setting issue on my local machine.?Is there any way where i can download hourly Intra-Day data from any website?
