Do ur strategy works with MINIFTY? If yes then how much lots should anyone buy to get 10% profit and what should b the exit strategy?

in case of MINIFTY your margin is about 10% or 11% so u get around 9-10 times leverage or exposer to your margin amount . so first problem is already solved .

in this case if market is around 5000 you need to exit around 5000*0.50%= 25 rupese but the problem is that nifty or minifty is less volatile in compair to scripts and range ( high - low ) of nifty generally is around (2-3) % of value ( (high-low)*100/open ) , where as in case of stocks it falls between 3-5 % or more so if u trade nifty or minifty you r not going to get 1/2% target easily .

:thumb::thumb::thumb:

i also trade nifty with this technique but wit a fixed target of rs 10 - 20 depending upon market , if your trading expenses permit you to do so u could go for it . ( trading indexes is always easy in compair to stocks )

one more problem is there , if u trade stock and if u have achieved your 10% target you could add this amount to ur capital and increase the no. of share next day , but in case of fixed lot sizes of nifty minifty etc you need to wait till ur earned money is capable of purchasing anothr lot so your time target will increase , if u have no hurry better trade indexes because this technique rarely fails in case of indexes .

ok..
So what is the best stock that u suggest for this strategy? what are the entry exit levels that the stock frequently goes and comes back in a trading session?

Hi Abhi,

Thanks for all this. Do you have updated AFL for Amibroker for this strategy. If so please post it.

Thanks in advance
Sunny

One very important thing
i was talking about which stocks to trade an important question.

Answer is here , for this purpose we will make two category of stocks
1) stocks that we have to long

2) stocks we have to short

for this purpose we would chose stocks with high volumes, and
which are bullish in short and intermediate term .

1)STOCKS WHICH WE HAVE TO LONG

Firstly we are gonna see in which direction market( nifty , sensex) is going . For this purpose we would see daily charts of the index in long run , if u have charting softwares such as metastock , and have access to systems such as adaptive moving average , 2 day , 3 day breakout techniques , tectical geomatric system lt , etc its better , u could take long or short signal from that for intermediate or swing trades .

( if u don't have such system don't worry use 11 period ema and 55 period ema )

( 11ema tells short term trend and 55 ema tells intermediate term trend )

if nifty is above both in daily chart it means it is bullish in short and intermediate term )

now what we have to do is to select sectors such as banking , pherm, it, metal , automobiles , engineering, etc , which of the above or other sector is bullish iun short and intermediate term .

Suppose automobile is bullish in intermediate and short term , so now we are gonna look for which perticular stock is most bullish in that perticular secto suppose tatamotos and maruti is most bullish

so we are gonna trade in maruti and tatamotors in intraday in long side and use di+ and di- , or moving average crossover techniqe , remember one thing never use short signal in these scripts .if it comes avoid trading , take bu signal and set profit targets . At 0.50% and i can say with confirmation it would be a successful trade .

2) stocks which you have to short .

For this purpose use same technioque as mentioned above but in opposite direction , say u find most bearish sector at present is communication so now find which communication script is most bearish , suppose it is bharti and rcom so

we are gonna use di+and di- or other such techniques to enter into short side . We would ignore the long signal and use only short signal .

Final lession
so whenever market is rising we would buy most bullish scripts and whenever falling we would short most bearish script

the purpose for such arrangement is to increase the accuracy of system and make it a perfect and always profitable technique .

Any problems regarding this system free to ask but please avoid question related to data vendors, softwares , etc.

PROCESS MAY SEEM A BIT COMPLICATED AFTER ADDITION OF THIS CLAUSE IN THIS TECHNIQUES BUT REMEMBER EARNING IN MARKET IS NEVER SO EASY SO U HAVE TO GO THROUGH SOME SORT OF COMPLICATIONS IN ORDER TO BECOME ANY KIND OF SLUMDOG MILLIONARE

hi abi...welcome back hope ur health is good....i also believe in small profits huge volume(sphv),and i trade in commodity but would like to know

1) wat u said earlier abt 0.50% movement in any stock within time frame of 2 to 3 minutes...how frequently it happens, if price is 300 taking a/c 0.50% is
is 1.5 ....does stocks have such volatility?( i have never seen equity terminal, planin to open a/c for equity)

2) reason i am asking , i trade in copper daily having watch for 3-5 minutes i hardly get movement of 0.20%...:annoyed:

3) which are good brokers , who charges lower brokerage...currently i am paying 0.01% , which i think is ok for such strategy.. :)

hi ankit

1) ya it is 0.50 % profit target means 50 paisa in hundred and 1.5 rupese in rs 300.

2)in a good volume stock u can easily get ( 3-5 )% high-low range depending upon market condition in 3-5 minute time frame it could give u 1 to 3 signals , i don't have any experience with commodity or forex trading so i can't say whethe it ig going to work or not , u can paper test results for some day and decrease the time frame if needed.

3) your brokrage is quite low and is more than enough , in case of equity or derivative trading u could go for indiainfoline , indiabulls , religare , etc. if u are high networth investor these companies are going to provide u similar brokrages in cash too :).

hello I have just started trading and i have picked Indiabulls and using the PIB. My brokerage is 0.04 per trade(intraday) and 0.4 per trade (delivery) and i am unable to find the +di and -di. so from what i have read i can bargain the fee to 0.02 per trade. are there any condition for this and how do i get the +di and -di ( figured out how to get these on the chart now i need them to work). really thankfull for any info i can get.

note: i have a capital of around 1 lakh which i have not yet used so any advise is good email: kiemara at hotmail . com

Hi Kiemara,
+di and -di will be in ADX or DMI indicator, look for this indicator in the charting section.

Test the strategy before using your money to check all is working well. Start with only 1,000 and see that you are making profit before risking too much of money. To get to 0.02 per trade you will need to negotiate with them or commit to a certain turnover.

Hope this helps.
