Whenever we read basic of technical analysis it is pointed out there that "all the fundamentals, news impact, fear, greed etc is already build up in price we see in chart.

by using the correct technical indicators we can confirm them....yesterday when i checked the major banking indeces and stocks after the post of abhi, the majority of them were giving strong bearish signal including ICICI, SBI, IDBI etc. including banknifty

as once said to me by some traderji member in one of my post: -
the news that comes in market via news channel or some newspaper, has already been known to some one else the previous day.

and i think thats right...todays impact was already getting build up from one or two days and we had the results today

ya its true. i have been in the market for last six years . i tried all sorts of trade but at the end of the day i only lost money. even in intraday one tends to make money for four days but looses everypaisa on fith day. I think delivery based buying and averaging at lower level only gives you money.

Suits from personality to personality i think so sir. to me intraday trading suits more. but to my father position and swing trading suits most.

and that lossing part is only because after the four days of winning trade most of the people get diverted from their discipline.

either everything can give u money or nothing can give u any sort of money ,
there is no limitation to the word any sort of trade , trading either 6 years or 16 years do not guarantee success so try to find out why u r loosing and please don't lose hope .

i would like to contradict ur opinion about averaging , averaging is good up to some extent , but in later case better to make an exit and book ur lossess, i have seen people averaging LT from 4000 , but failed , because u have a limited money and limitation to fall or rise is unlimited .

i have a question rishi.

did you really bought and exit according to the above strategy in the real trading time?

IMO

1. I wont enter into trade untill and unless the 5 minute stochastics have crossed below 20 or 15%. cause the 20-40 and 60-80 is very dangerous point according to me for buy and sell. most breakouts occur at this point.

consider the chart of icici today and see where the breakouts occur

the also thing that can be seen here is that in negative market the share price doesnot rise according to stockist, rather falls according to them.
2. and also the buy and sell points you have mentioned are plotted on complete chart that is already made at end of day....because when the market is ranging between particular price it is difficult to get the crossover as the value keeps on changing. in this type of ranging market i will rather prefer to watch 5 minute chart to acertain the trend and trade on the basis of 1 minute or simple line chart trends. cause the possibility of hitting stoplosses is most and getting desired price for buy or sell is least.

if the rule says to use 4,5 period moving average in 15 min time frame , u can't use it on 5 min time frame both will yield quite different results,

you have a corresponding alternative to use 12 period and 15 period on 5 min chart , or ( 4,5 period ma in 15 min time frame and 12 and 15 period in 5 minute time frame are same ) .

so better post chart with above mentioned setup , if want trade savant bro's setup.

also can u please post the link of thread here , where this set up have been discussed .
