When I did previously after changing to 4shared, it was throwing error (see the image below) and this time, it worked smoothly, no problem.

it is script written in R to do the data analysis. R is the best tool for data analysis and data preparation for that purpose. Also mainly R is used for statistical analysis

Hi Subroto,

Many thanks for the uploaded files but they are CSV format and the previous uploads upto 2014 were txt format with ticker information embedded making it easy to import into AB. The csv files are by ticker and do not have a ticker column. Is there a way to import this easily without needed to copy paste ticker information into the file? The BSE stocks have ticker info but the rest do not have. Neither the other files for Futures, MCX, Options etc. regards Jayesh

The ticker info for the NSE Cash or Futures or MCX are obtained from the file name itself. So no need to copy paste the ticker name in the csv file.

Use Import Wizard to define the col names as obtained from the ticker files and save that for future ascii import.

get the eod from mcx site and transform it according to my needs.

I use R script for the eod transformation.
Infact - all - NSE cash and FnO, Currency are being transformed by the R script.
