NSE DataExtractor for FCharts

Hi Srisara
I downloaded dataextractor from pkjha's briefcase.On running it gave me error about activeX control.Pls advice if I am doing something wrong.

would you let me know the O/S you are using? looks like there is problem with registration of required components on your machine.

i also have tried to download data into fcharts with data extractor, but getting the same problem.

i am using win98 SE (32 bit) OS.

Have you tested the data extractor on WIN 98? As many users like me are still on WIN98 SE, i request you to look into and preconditions like OS, DCOM version etc, if any.

presently i am content with eod data of 2 months, which i have imported into fcharts by a small foxpro program written by me.

at least Win2000 and if better WinXP are required. As I complied this program on Win XP.

Win 98 is outdated and here i cant find a computer running Win98 to test it for the sake of it.

Please assume Win2K as the min. required versions.
