Thanks for the Info,but my questions is out of 8569850 total OI in 2500 PUT,how do we know how many are buyers and sellers.

You can go to nseindia.com and look for "Option Chain" at the right hand side of page and from there you can go to next page, type Nifty and press go to see the desired page. Being there press on "Quote" to go to order book.

If you go short 1 lot then, buy 1 lot at money or near money call and if you go long 1 lot then, buy 1 lot at money or near money put to hedge.

I am new guy to options , pls it would be helpful if u can make me understand this statement with the help of example. thanks
 
Please let me know how and where do we find out the information how many guys are buying these puts and how many or selling(i.e. put writers),

You could get details of a particular Call or Put as directed by Ghosh Da.

Dear Friends,

For the week starting Mon-Friday, R1=2800 and S1=2600, R1~S1 is outside the range (300,400]. So, one can trade in Nifty options using sideways strategy posted in the 1st post of this thread. It seems some more steam is left in the Nifty before the re-start of downward trend.

Will reco. following strategy for option writers (April series):

Write Nifty calls at strike price 2800/2900/3000 &
Write Nifty puts at strike price 2400/2500 to hedge your positions.

Total SL for the setup = Rs 5000

For Nifty Future traders who would like to trade as per trend check strategy posted in 1st post of the thread, Nifty levels for tomorrow are as under:

Resistence at 2818
Support at 2701

If you go short 1 lot then, buy 1 lot at money or near money call and if you go long 1 lot then, buy 1 lot at money or near money put to hedge. Reco. to trade as per trend strategy posted in 1st post of this thread.
