dear friend, u can opt for automated trading software, which will be very helpful to u as there are certain strategy written for how trades to be executed. fur more information u can contact me.

The problem could be that in earlier years, you had a large capital and were trading larger positions and the profits/losses were large. Now your capital is small ....so the small returns of 3-4 K per week may not be too attractive and that is why you try to overtrade.

19 K loss is not too much but when one compares it with 1.4 L trading capital then it becomes over 13 % of the total trading capital.....that is a large hit...

Follow a proper MM ...4-5 K is a damn good return per week on 1.5 L....be happy with it....

1%-1.5% on a trade you can trade 2 trades simultaneously if the trades are in correlated markets.....you can take a third trade only if the stops of earlier 2 trades move closer to the entry point or one of the trades become riskfree....by correlated markets I meant Nifty and Bank Nifty or any other stock....

In daytrades never exceed 1% and 2 trades at a time.

If you are trading noncorrelated markets such as indices, stocks, commodities, forex etc you can go with 3 trades at a time max......

Never let your risk exceed 2-3 % of the capital at any given point of time.....

yes TR.. by the promise i should cut my small figer in the left hand to start with if voilate the rules...
I took the same vow, but after my first violation, I realized that I had grown up and even my little finger has become bigger :). Not sure if that is a good or bad thing. Anyway, so I keep breaking promises.

I am going the other way. After being a system trader, I am moving more and more towards gut feel trades. Mostly losing, winning big once in a while.... Hope it works out for me.

Hope is always there..make one system and stick to it...dont change your trading system..if you really want to take risk for some more time and want to recover some loss..Option trading is best...as only options can give 200-500 % profits with limited loss.
learn some TA formula and trade according to it. if you need any help, can ping me anytime.
