Zuma sir some small doubt,
i am seeing your 10% profits...
In reality its not 10%

see Your capital is 500000 rs
You have divided it to 30 stocks
each stock your investing 5lakhs/30 =16666 rs

when a stock hits 10% profit then u will get 10% of 16666 rs ie equal to 1666 rs

1666 rs is 0.3% of your total capital 5lakhs

So its just 0.3% of your capital and not 10% ....
(if i am wrong then ignore my views)

to get 10% return of your capital.....
30 times You should get 10% profit on each stock...
he uses 50000 in each stock appx, 10% profit is per share not on capital he invested, if you compare time period its marvellous in a short time

50000 rs * 30 = 15lakhs

but zuma sir said his capital is 5 lakhs.....

Any capital divided by 30 stocks.... and each stock hits 10% ... actual return is 0.3% of total capital...
this is simple mathematics
(% return is calculated on capital and not on any single stock.....

if a stock hit 100% doent mean capital return is 100%)

Returns should be calculated on capital employed per trade and not whats held in the trading ac i.e returns should be calculated on "money thats working" . Most good traders/fund managers/investors will never expose 100% of their trading capital at any given point in time.

If you have thru first few page of thread u could see how much he invested in p er trade, however, you are right in some sense that return should be calculated in capital employed thats the corrrect way of analysing profit/loss, but than its trader choice what suits him

thanks
