Price Action Trading Method.

Some more recent low risk high reward Entries.

Note that since my risk is low, hence my position size comes to about 1 Mini lot for these trades.

These trade are not based on price action , but institutional supply and demand.

It's been a long time since i posted. I was very busy these past weeks due to some personal things..

Today's lesson on trading divergences.. enjoy!!!

Note : These setups shown are taken from live trades. No after the fact setups..

I m trying to show new setups. It's gets boring with same old S/R w PA confirmation trades.

Hope this encourages and helps the newbs out there..

Warning : Before doing this..practice on demo accounts.

If you trades just this one setup on weekly charts on Standard lots , you can quit your day job. It's all about account size.

For people with smaller account size , there is just no way but to practice and keep the risk a little higher early on. As you account size grows reduce the risks. This advice may go against all the traditional Risk management. But Traditional risk management doesn't not help people with smaller accounts to grow in reasonable time. It would take you ages to grow a account and surely it will get frustrating. But in the end it's how the trader manages his risk. There is no book way of doing this.

Good luck!!

Rajasree, you have to first know how to figure out DB and SB before you make zones. Get rid of candlesticks and use HLC bars instead. They'd make your job easy. Best, if you could thoroughly read Tom Williams books. You won't ever need to ask anybody anything about DB & SB after that! :)

Will you pl discuss abt Demand/supply zone as marked by me is correct or not ?
I am confused abt the zones as marked. Pl elaborate.
Thanks.

rajasree1,

About Supply/Demand trading. It can be very confusing reason being..there are too many supply and demand levels created by institutional traders. When trading becomes confusing you will make mistakes.

I did say that i use it as a edge, but only in rare cases. It is good to know about it , but be careful when you use it. you will lose most time than you win.

Coming to Price Action with S/R. you can see my charts and reasons. Stick to PA and S/R.

Good luck!
