Same mistake back to back, bought at the top of the range in 1st bar itself after gap down and again bought more quantity in 2nd bar, it is prudent to wait after a gap opening. Price triggered the SL and moved back up.

Though USD price has open gap down i am still bullish on it and expect price to close doji or above its opening in daily.
