I hope you are meaning BankNifty since you used the word "CURRENCY" and "BELOW 60".You are correct.Generally NIFTY and BANKNIFTY move in same direction.But now-days they are moving in opposite direction SOMETIMES.

Yes ,I agree with him.If USD < 60RS, then we can expect ,some +ve movement
of BankNifty.

Correct.It appears so.But I am not dare enough to put it so because the DOLLAR is getting stronger day by day.Let us see.

Few days back I saw a message on SHAREKHAN terminal ,which read somewhat like this:

Due to extreme volatility in Dollar rate, RBI curbed ,rollover or new positions in DOLLAR
positions in BSE/NSE.However new positions/Rollover can be created in MCX.

I am bit perplexed at this message.Country's economy is more important than
life of an exchange.
If such liberty is given ,there is no end to this problem.

this msg has been coming ever since the margin was increased.. even after so many days one cant trade in nse usdinr..
