Quadra Safe Trading Strategy - I

NIFTY 5 Min. (GCI) 19-04-2012

My Apologies...for missing out on marking a trade in the chart posted earlier...!!!

Hi SG,

I think you have posted the same image as the earlier one ? Even this one doesn't have trades marked on it!

From the chart, looks like the SL was hit in the morning and we exited short indicated by yellow dotted line. Then we went long when the condition (5 EMA > 8 EMA > 13 EMA) was satisfied above 50 EMA.

Check The Charts Again... there is a small Trade Second last Trade that I had missed marking..... it is not present in the previous chart....!!!
There are total of 3 Long Entries... Last Trade Open for Tomorrow...!!!

Thanks, got the long entries on the chart. The entry and exit based on SL is clear. But how do you re-enter, i went back and tried to search for re-entry rules, but couldn't find any.

In this very same chart, we have exited long on hitting SL and re-entered long again. Can you please explain how to re-enter ?

Was a little curious as to how Quadra would behave under Weekly Chart....!!!

SG
I think that for the weekly one should do away with EMA50 and use something smaller. The chart below shows EMA21 (gray color line is MA50).

NF- Weekly

BNF - Weekly

Aside : NF Weekly is an engulfing bull, so far this week. Let's see what tomorrow does. Hopefully it will close above 5306.
