On technical grounds National Flask has all the chances to reach about 7.00.
But my friend Stock market is just not investing in any other scrip and earning profit.if taken seriously it is an art of knowing when to invest,where to invest, how much to invest and what isthe target or profit to acheive from the money you invest...!!!!
National Flask has never posted any profit, never came out of red, the results are poor on each quarter/year and had never paid any divident to the investors. the recent spurt in price is might be due to the AGM coming and book closure from sept 16-19. On last count the company had given bonus way back in 2003. Investing in such counters is not an intelligent thing to do!!!! I personally don't enter/recommend such stocks which are null of fundamentals. As is told by one senior and experienced member of the forum such stocks are meant only for trading not for investing. you enter such stocks as soon as you get some air, stay there for 4-6 sessions and make a quick exit.during whole of this time you never know what is going to happen to your precious money.
Instead there are lot of other stocks which are similar but still different from the above kind. they are the ones which we can enter with much more confidence......

Not sure whether this is right thread to ask this question. Please excuse me if I am using wrong thread as I am new to stock market and this forum as well.

My query is that I purchased some 90 shares on 26 Aug but they were not allocated to my account. After inquiry I came to know that due to short delivery they have not come to my account and these shares may be received through Auction after 30-Aug-05.

Does this happen often? Also I am losing time on this stock if I wanted to sell and moreover ICICI has already charged me for this transaction. Will BSE/ICICI will compensate me for this?

Dear Game4trader,,
I guess you know what is short selling and how it is done.
if you are victim of this then BSE will deliver you the charges once they recover it from the concerned party...
But if you are the culprit then you have to pay the punishment for doing it!!!

Baffin has all the chances to reach new height. Earlier i estimated a second target of 5.75.the stock is currently consolidating for some fast upward movment.. You have a good entry so if possible try to hold the stock with a S/l of 3.75. Fresh Exposure to Baffin can be taken around 4.00 for a target of 5.75
Vishal Exp has indeed done a splendid run post bonus share.It is always a problem to predict what will happen after bonus/split to a share. in any case at 10.55 the real value comes out to be 31.65(3X10.55) which is more than your buy price or 21.5. you can keep a S/l of 27 to take out the maximum profit from it. Usually it depends on comapny to company for payment of bonus issues. Sometimes it may take even a month before they get credited to your account.
