What is current situation reguarding the disconnection Problem.How many times it is getting disconnected during a day.

Got disconnected 3 times today. How did the others fare

I just use two hot keys. '+' on the numeric keypad to open the buy order and '-' for the sell order. For cancellation and modifications, I just right click and select the appropriate option.

i just use order cancellation
that is first cancel the original order and then put a second fresh order
really modification i do not use much

did u ask them the reason for the trades? wht did they say?

If the account was inactive (I assume you had asked them to inactivate your user id) then how can they hold you responsible for those transactions?

Will appreciate if you could keep us informed about the outcome of the dispute. I hope it is some mistake and not genuine transactions done.

By Inactive I guess what he meant was that he was not trading! But still had some money/shares in his a/c

Did anybody have trouble with ODIN today between 10 and 11 a.m.? I mean connections / login problems? I had some difficulty but not sure whether it was an internet issue on my side.
