Hi,
I am not using Ninja, so wouldn be able to tell exactly.
Seeing the settings file, it doesn look like an issue with the rtd. Most probably u have to do some
tweaking to ninja.

You should contact order flow and volume profile thread members.. they are experts in ninja.

i am able to do the back fill and run the data in amibroker. problem is data is not getting save in G drive which i have created as per the instruction. can somebody please guide me ? in setting i have already selected temporary csv folder path as G:\RTD\
please help
Data is saved to the database you create in Amibroker and not in the csv folder you created in "G'
For backfill use datatable rather than Vwap, as data in Vwap is at times skewed and quotes missing,
this matters if trading intraday.
Watch the videos in Josh1 link to get a better grip on this.

Someone please let me know the reason, why there is this garbar and a solution, how to resolve this issue.

Most mistakes usually crop from errors in .ini file as well as it not conforming to
marketwatch scrips.
In your .ini file scrip 2 there's a double semicolon, (HDFC-EQ;;LTP) check if that's the issue,
else just delete the erroneous data using "Delete" or 'quote editor' and redo backfill to see if the error repeats.

Thanks SevenD bro, for the post and pointing out the error in .ini file. Yes there is a double semicolon, but how it cropped up there, I have no idea.
But, as far as I understand and I have found, that this ini file has no role in backfilling.

I restarted the system but issue has not been solved.

No issue is there, if I choose, one or two symbols at a time to backfill but create all sorts of problems if I choose to backfill more symbols at a time.

BTW, it backfilled HDFC symbol (with double semicolon in ini file) without any issue, when backfilled alone.

Anyone else facing a similar issue in backfill.
If no then, I will have to sort it out by hit an trial or some jugaad

One jugaad I have already found, that, backfill 2 symbols at a time :D lol lol

tnb bhai .. i am using 1.40 .. working fine .. but this happens to me only when

1. i backfill after 4:00 pm .. lol .. i know .. weird problem ..
2. when I have put future time in "backfill form "
I mean if curr. time is 3:15 pm and put 3:30 for backfill .. it will skip quotes.

3.backfilling after market hours ..top 10 scrips gets backfilled but after that it skips quotes

other than that ... it does not create prob. :D

also i have 30 scrips .. so number of quotes should not be not problem for you.

I hardly faced any major issue, after I configured RTD successfully since long, I am using RTD 1.5 till morning without any major issue.
I dont know why and how, this problem has cropped up, all of a sudden, while working with RTD in the afternoon.

i too face similar issue in RTD v1.4. what i observe is sometime nest trader data table loading slowly, RTD open first symbol data table(from market watch) and wait some time for backfill this, if unsuccessful three times then open second symbol data table, at the same time nest open first symbol data table & RTD backfill this first symbol data table table in the name of second symbol and this process continue till last symbol..
easiest solution i found is backfill 1 symbol at a time..it is time consuming but it is ok.

Any solution
Even on doing a single scrip at a time

(1) Deleting the "symbol name to backfill" in "Backfill Quotes" table
and
(2) Then RTD post, a file without ticker name, in RT folder
