This is a free tool. Team viewer support is not possible.

Everyone here installed on their own. Just have to follow the instructions explained in the video. It's easy only.

IMO, initially there may be some difficulty in installation/configuring, but not much. So try yourself and post the error or difficulty, that you face.

This is general query regarding RTD Link to excel problem,
I have RTD link problem in NEST TRADER 3.13.0.4 of TSO online
I am able to make RTD link in NSE NOW Terminal.
I am using windows-7 64 bit. os
I have attached screen shot for reference.
Request please someone help.

I think it might be an issue with 64 bit OS.

I am not sure about the solution but can suggest u to try the following.

1. Right-Click Nest Trader / Properties /Compatability ...Run this program in compatibility mode.
   
2. Right-Click Nest Trader / Properties /Compatability ...Run this program as an administrator

They have to enable rtd from Nest trader specifically.
