Hi,

I was unable to restore the file from Quarantine. Norton cant do it.
Will it affect RTD's working?

As you have rightly quoted Josh1, Avast and Norton does this With RTD, Its a false positive, in your anti virus enable the RTD folder as an exclusion.

Facing a problem
Using RTD 1.5, Ami and NestTrader 3.11 (all in admin mode)
Real time quotes and filling in ami - no problem, working as usual
But while backfilling, posing problem,
Though backfill in Ami is working but no downloading of data in RT folder as all txt files are of 0 kb.
This was working properly so far, but all of a sudden facing it.
Tried all sort of hit and trial but to no avail.

Any solution for this.

@TNB,
I stopped using 3.11 because of such issues of backfill. Backfill is an issue with later versions too, had to do a lot of tinkering to get it going, so stopped using RTD.
Waiting for Josh1 to make changes compatible with new versions of Nest.
It was a very good utility and money saver, thanks to Josh1.

I stopped using 3.11 because of such issues of backfill. Backfill is an issue with later versions too, had to do a lot of tinkering to get it going, so stopped using RTD.
Waiting for Josh1 to make changes compatible with new versions of Nest.

But I hardly faced backfill issues with v3.11, moreover backfilling with v3.11 is compatible with real time data fill (you wont get corrupted/mixed up candles), while backfill data of other versions are not.
The issue I posted, would be because of some issue in my system, (but I was not able to resolve it by doing all hit and trial) because the 3 combo (RTD, Ami and NT) worked quite OK in other laptop (for market time only). I downloaded data from there and copy pasted in my laptop that I use on regular basis (day/night basis)

I have faced this issue, VWAP table dosent show values hence RTD cant pull it and feed to Ami. Next time while doing backfill open Vwap table manually once for first script, it will backfill for all scripts. this issue happens may be once in a month in my system.

As I said, opening Vwap data manually once resolves it.
Corrupted candles in your Ami may be due to mixing of tick data and vwap data. at 3.30 I delete all tick data and backfill vwap data.

Open Data Table manually and check if data for the required period is there or not

A clean csv import can solve problem easily .csv file can be made by data table option in nest/ now pulse :xD
and same can be imported using ami import wizard ...
i have method and it works in latest nest v3.15 too have modified my old rt and it works idk to release or not
do ppls still use rt i doubt

it;s user setting file in new version of nest causes problem it needs to be fixed.File is located in
C:\Users\<yout pc user >\AppData\Roaming\Omnesys\NestTrader\<any random number>
thats location and that file needs to be replaced with one i am attaching and your even josh 1 method will run smooth on new nest v 3.15 i think idk someone test and let me know
