I am also facing this issue. Is that possible in the software we can have auto backfill after some time? Josh sir can help on this issue. I have to click backfill manually every 10 or 15 minutes to get the full candle. I have tested this on google VPS. but same issue. So bandwidth is not an issue. We need code to auto backfill after some time. Thanks for help josh Sir.

I have been using RTD 1.5 on NOW platform, recently i noticed that OHCL formed is not exactly matched to terminal data but once is do backfill through VWAP it will be fine so, every 10mis or so i need to do backfill to get exact data. this is how it works?
if i use NEST in place of NOW do i get exact OHCL data?

Which one are you using NEST or NOW?

I am not using NOW at present, so cant comment on it. But previously when I used NOW, I never faced such a problem. But why you are using RTD 1.5 with NOW, Joshi bro has created RTD version particularly for NOW, try using it.

Further if you have NestTrader v3.11, then you may not face any issue, but backfill with current versions of Nest, say v 3.14 and v 3.15, is even more tedious.

Installed Zerodha Nest Trader 3.14.4.6 . I do not see Nest Plus in it. I installed Nest Plus 2.9 from my earlier downloads. It doesnot apeear in Nest Trader

We request you to uninstall NEST and download below zip file-->copy all files and paste it in C drive.

Installed Zerodha Nest Trader 3.14.4.6 . I do not see Nest Plus in it. I installed Nest Plus 2.9 from my earlier downloads. It doesnot apeear in Nest Trader

The nestPlus version has changed. You can either use the .nap file from above post link or as i'd done, installed a 3.15 in sandbox from another broker and extract 3 files from it. 1) NestPlus.nap 2) nestplus.ini 3) chartdir60.dll

3.14 seems to be bloated and demands twice the resources that 3.11 did. Not that my system cant handle it.
Even its exit sometimes leaves it running in background etc

Will try to use LOVEENAJYOTHI posted link bcos mine is a 64bit Win10 OS & see if there is a difference.
