Friends,
Kindly go through this as I believe it is of useful for Traderji's members.
Lots of views have been appearing in this forum about R-money. All of us are thankful to Traderji for providing us this great opportunity. All, including me are greedy, one way or the other. Lured by never before 'Low brokerage' I too was attracted by Reliance Money's offer.
Through Web, I contacted Reliance Money a few months back. Some one called up me and gave the details. One of the terms was that there would be Rs.12/- brokerage per trade. As I am already with India Bulls where the brokerage is proportionate to the transactions, the condition of Rs.12/- per trade brokerage was not accepted by me.
After going through several write ups in this forum, again I made up my mind and contacted Reliance Money, with the condition that if Rs.12/- per trade condition is not there, I would like to Join Reliance Money and I am interested in only 'Insta Trade' ( as India Bulls Power Trade and Sharekhan's Speed Trade are best desk-top terminals with which I do hv. experience). ( I paid Rs. 750 + 2500 = 3250 towards initial payments to Reliance).
Some one by name (Ranjan Kumar, whose mob. No. is 9920075075)decended to my residence with lots of offers: (Mutual Funds, Insurance, More trading accounts etc. and a basket full of other things which I can not recall) While interacting with him I conculded that this man was good for nothing as he did not have any knowledge about on-line Reliance Money Trading. However, I filled up the form and made specifically clear that I am interested in only Insta-trade as I shall not be able to carry out with slower versions of web based tradings. I filled up my form on 4th Apr. Thereafter repeated follow ups to know the status thr: him got only evasive replies. Meanwhile, I got pass word and after loging in I could not make out head or tail and there was no demo-option nor insta-trade was opening. I contacted this guy repeatedly and as usual got only evasive replies. I took up the issue with customer service as well as with their grievance department on 25th April and am awaiting for their response as of now.
Friends, like me, every one expects some thing innovative from Reliance Group. But it is unbelievable that this sort of service is being provided by Reliance. If this is in the begining what can we expect for future?.
Friends, account has been opened and I had paid Rs.3250/-. Should I write it off?. I had given their customer service 48 hrs. time to investigate my allegations and give me feed back or else I would take up the issue with Statutory Authorities. Yet, I would not like to forego my payments.
I shall be grateful, if some some one gives me guidance as to how to go about R-Trade. I hv not been able to do a single entry till now though I recd password on 20th Apr. I do not know anything about terms/conditions. There is another interesting aspect. When I wrote to reliance customer support stating that I could log-in but could do no transactions and that I am interested in insta-trade, promptly I got another new pass word generated. I do not know who asked for new password. (Which means Reliance has staff like Ranjan Kumar who are not able to understand even single line in English)
Friends, purpose of writing this article is not to discourage any one opting R-Money. We all respect Reliance because of respect to its founder. But please keep away from persons who can not give any response to customer query. And our Ranjan Kumar is one of them.
Kindly let me hv ur feed back, suggestion and also guidance as to how to trade with R-trade, till such time Insta Trade is activated.
