i am religare client for last 14 months i really satisfy with them . they are transparent and cheap . always open account with branch. franchise are suck religare franchise offer me .03 % bkg but same city branch offer me . 1.5 paisa . not 3 paisa like franchise . but one thing i mention you that i use odin diet insipid of rally pro i already know diet is better than rally pro. if possible shift to diet. i had no issue of square off position on same day. i carry margin trade for 7 days . if some broker said it is not posible to me. than attach file of another broker broacher and send mail i know it sounds like melo drama but you amaze that how big is there U TURN .

Try bezel stock brokers. no matter what the volumes they have the lowest brokerages

Here is my personal experience on Religare, as I had posted on another thread:

I'm really surprised here that someone actually claims that Religare's service is good. I took their BEST plan. They charged a hefty 1,00,000 upfront payment, but gave extremely low rates which I was happy with. But THEN, the nightmare began:
1) Their trading terminal Race PRO would stop responding/behave whimsically intermittently
2) Their customer service was so poor in terms of response. We've had issues where we needed to call them 5 times only to get no response. They give you numbers of a relationship manager assigned to you, his boss, etc. But try as you might, it will be of no avail.
3) They don't let you trade after 3:00 on their terminal and by 3:05-3:10, their system does an automatic square off of your positions. This was promised to us as 3:15 at time of purchase
4) Poor charting facility.

I was very excited to take up Religare, seeing the marketing pitch they gave and their rates. But just within a couple of months, their true colours showed. I stopped trading on their terminal with a few months to go and a significant amount of brokerage left. I changed brokers and have ever since been extremely happy- maybe in part, due to the low expectations I had, after my cr@ppy and unprofessional experience with Religare. And thankfully, being somewhat organized, I've kept records- mails, screenshots and videos- which prove most of what I've mentioned above, to avoid arguments on my experience.

If you want to take the advice of someone who has traded with Religare on their BEST trading plan(I even have my username and records), it would be to stay WELL CLEAR of them.

Ya u r right.....the same story is mine.....i don't know why the broking house is still open.....i have also gathered all the records about their problems and even wasted a lot of money and time in talking to their Internet Trading Advisor, Tech Support, IT Department, WeCare and many more......But turned out nothing.......Daily i have a talk with them ( a minimum of 1 Hr.), given my system on Remote many a times, But they don't Care anything......
Nifty's 1yr. chart is missing almost 5 months of data and the damn fools have registered my complaints about a month ago, but nothing changed.....even today the Chart lags behind by 2 days...........Most of my trading time goes into capturing screen-shots and videos..or..talking to them...or...showing the problems to Tech Support through Remote connection........
This is a request to all the people to beware of Religare (especially RACE-Pro.). Don't fall in the trap of "Global Broking" name....you will definitely find them hopeless and urself helpless, after joining them....

Hi....u r not facing any problem with Religare, coz ur an offline client.......They have worst Customer Care ( Just make a call and ask them about currency brokerage, Lot Size and Margin required)........"WeCare" never reverts to you until you write for a new account opening........RACE-Pro is highly non-professional (missing data, non-updation and disconnection problems), The Back-Office appears to be of yr 2000, opens in several windows and even that takes several minutes to open, nothing is readable (such wonderful font is used)..........Every thing which i saw in Religare is non-professional and stupid..they don't care of existing customers....and you will realize all this, one you fall in a problem....

Its 12:55 am now.....till now i m waiting for my Net Position and Margin to get updated........I want to put a AMO for StopLoss of Nifty Option that i bought today, but till now its showing nothing in my Net Position And Assets window......And i can't put sell order and add trigger price in it because for this order full margin (5200*50) would be required (But StopLoss can be putted by filling a Square-off form, and for it you need your asset to be displayed in Net Position ).........And one cannot put AMO just after market close because during regular site updation ( 5:00 pm to 12:00am ) All the AMO, Scrip Alerts etc. gets removed.............Religare really sucks...I don't know how its in the market till now ???............Plz stay away from Religare or else your nights will definitely become sleepless like mine................
For the last two hours i was cross checking my today's bill. Its showing me that i m holding NIFTY PUT 5200 Qty [email protected] actually this was my first trade today, which i had Squared-off at 11 am, and the position which i m holding is [email protected] wanted to show you my back office, but traderji doesnot allow to upload more than 100 kb.......

You mean daily a Client must get infront of screen before 8 am to put AMO, Stop-Losses and Scrip alerts......Then we must call such Orders, Before Market Order instead of AMO.......
You mean that 7 Lac. clients must change their schedules, But the Religare can't change their...........
And what about EOD charting and analysis ??.........fund with-drawl ??.....
The loss gets deduced as soon as trade is squared-off and the change gets reflected instantly in Exposure Report Window....but for your profit u'll have to wait till next day to get margin updated.........
Just visit Angel Broking site and see their tools E-Chopda, AngelPDA, etc.........or Edelweiss (EdelDesktop) .....now these are professional tools....and compare with BO of Religare......
