* Mari you would need to create a google sheet -- refer link [1]
* Add the details over there
* Post the link so that other can access
* care t be taken you dont give write access to anyone
* Sheet would be created leveraging your default gmail ID
* If needed I can create a rough template and share with you offering edit rights. Of-course would need to know your gmail ID for the same
