SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

In my chart converted from RT data to EOD has the values :

3 EMA 5495.xx
15EMA 5491.xx

3 EMA did not cross 15 EMA.
Maybe as adjusted close values it did!!

Yesterday's scenario was bit tricky because in nsenow mininifty closed @ 5475 and according to bhavcopy it is 5465 ? Only nifty-i had a crossover while all other nifty's remained bullish.

I use excel file to see real time.My excel file fetch data from NSE.It is delayed by 2min.
