yes, i ploted 50ema from nallan sir's idea.i'm following SH315 and shorted [email protected] didi't study advantages of ploting 50 ema.
the chart is from 2010 march to todays close

Very Very Simple.
Click on any security.
1.Right click+Add study+Average(exponential)+value(3).
2.Right click+Add study+Average(exponential)+value(15).

You have different average like SIMPLE,EXPONENTIAL,WEIGHTED etc........
As simple as that.

As an aside, Columbus, of what use are the other types of averages.. there is Variable and T etc.. I haven't heard anyone here even talking about any averages other than simple and exponential.

Hi Krist in TT go to the chart of scrip & right click- click on 'study'-click on 'add study'- select averages on 'study and parameters'- select 'E' on type of average-change the period to 15 - click on apply. Repeat the process for EMA-3. You can change colour of line by clicking on 'sub graph' on 'add study' window and click on the colour line and select colour you want to use.

I am facing one more problem... I cant get candlestick chart. I saw trade tiger help videos on sharekhan site but that didn't help. Tried all clicks I could think of but it still eludes me. I saw only candlestick option in "Add study" but that also isnt any use. Please tell me how I would get a candlestick chart and an intra day dynamic single candle.

1. Click timeframe square......just below Zoom button.
2. Then press D in timeframe popup window.
3. Then click press "C" letter (in 1.0 version) or "J" letter (in 2.0 version)

Yet another WEIGHTED average is there.Here the latest sample is given
highest maximum weightage.Most of the other averages like Exponential,
Weighted and Triangular have ALMOST similar values ,except for minor
variations.
If I plot VARIABLE along with a graph ,the graph is becoming a straight line.
