SH's 315 Strategy - how to use if effectively

guys this might sound very naive ...but the quesion has been troubling me since long.Say today NF closes around 4715(ltp)...which is lower than todays reversal price ~4720.So we enter shorts. What happens if NF then adjusts the price and adjusted/settled price is 4725 ...or anything more than reversal price..then we wont get any bearish crossover on charts .kindly guide!

Interesting question however I feel what is more important is what happens on ht enxt day. If we have entered short and there is further fall, continue following 3EMA breakaway exits for reentering as usual, but if market goes up, then bear the loss as part of trade and wait for next signal.

Hope this helps

Cheers

One should be vary on the days when there is large movement in the last 30 minutes i.e. after 3 PM The adjustment in closing rates is done taking the last half hours average traded price.
Though I have no solution to this but I have been told that there are some softwares that constantly updates the Average traded price in last 30 minutes... no idea or links where to find one such.
However till date , in last almost 18 months+ we did not come across such eventuality!!
Though personally I believe in this maxim : When in doubt stay out!!
"Options" is another option that one may consider if there is very vry large movement in last 30 minutes.
And the best option is to "accept' it as part of 'risk' which is hard to manage.. as hard as a gap opening against our trade!!!

Just my $0.02 :p

Pls refer to the first post of this thread!!
It slearly states that his is a EOD strategy.
So you will have to wait till approx 3:15 to think about entering into a fresh position.

Cheers and happy trading
