i find silver trading very volatile, especially the spreads, the price changes at lightning pace, the spreads i have seen as high as 90 rs. guys how do you trade such a volatile commodity?

what time is best suitable when spreads are low ..somewhere b/w 10 and 15 rs?

SILVER ek aisa commodity hain, bina chose tum kabhi bhi trade mein ghus saktein hain and bahar aa sakte ho.....( of course, you have to follow your SYSTEM)
as of my experience, i never trade silver with higher TF, i always use 1 minute TF, but keep on checking on 15min, 30min, 1 hour TF....
so, never faced problem with that....but one think is sure...keep a strict stop loss and trade 24 hours and follow your trading rules......sure, you'll get not only fun but also.....profits
